About the event
Come and join us for an hour of yoga... with goats!
The session starts with our goats getting used to their surroundings and all our guests, before you are taken through a 30 minute instructor led session. There are many mental and physical benefits of yoga, and we have combined this with the added benefits of being around animals. To top it off the goats often give us a bit of a giggle throughout the session. We then finish with an opportunity to stroke/cuddle the goats or take any photos if you would like to.
Mats are provided, but please bring a cushion or towel if you feel you might need it. Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting a little 'goaty' and remember that our goats are not toilet trained!
The sessions are run at Newport Village Hall, Station road, Newport CB113PL
