  • We start the day by meeting staff and the animals we will be working with. The morning session involves husbandry of some of our animals, allowing children to get to know how to look after a wide range of species, after a quick break we do fun, creative educational activities such as making insect or hedgehog houses.
  • Our afternoon will consist of animal based activities, all activities are dependent on animal health and welfare at the time of the camp. These may include but are not limited to:

  • There are hand washing stations available and we often have hand sanitisers available. Due to the nature of the activities children may be expected to wash their hands several times, and so if any children have allergies or sensitivities please bring your own hand wash.
  • Please be aware that we are a working farm, and that sensible clothing and footwear should be worn at all times. Some of the activities we can do outside, and some will be inside.
  • Please advise us of any additional information we may require about your child on the form when booking holiday camps including (but not limited to): allergies, phobias, medical conditions and additional learning needs.
